Returns and Exchanges

We at USA Office Furniture strive to exceed your quality and service expectations.

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online from USA Office Furniture, we will gladly accept return items for a full credit within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be given in the original payment form and applied when the product arrives at USA Office Furniture.

Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping; please be sure to keep the original packaging materials for items you may wish to return.

 

Shipping and Delivery Information

Currently we ship to all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, international addresses or APO addresses. Please call us at 305-888-8218 with any questions. Export orders can be made with a Sales Executive by calling 305-888-8218.

Furniture that ships via UPS or FedEx Ground typically will be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. However, Common carrier deliveries require you to be present at the time of delivery. If needed, we can arrange for the trucking company to call 24 hours prior to delivery so that you will know when to expect them.

Shipping methods vary depending upon the size of the item(s) being ordered. Product specific information is available on each product page.

UPS/FedEx deliveries:
UPS and FedEx deliveries will be brought inside your building.

Common carrier shipments:
Your order will be shipped with tailgate delivery, meaning the furniture will be delivered to your dock. If there is no delivery dock at your business or home office, you will be responsible for taking the furniture from the tailgate of the delivery truck.

If you have special needs or questions, tell us in the shipping instructions/order comments area during checkout or call us at 305-888-8218 to discuss. If needed, we can arrange for the trucking company to call 24 hours prior to delivery so that you will know when to expect them.

Because delivery times are scheduled at the discretion of the carrier used for your order, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery times.

Shipping times are indicated on the product page for each of the items on our website. Generally, items that Ship Today will arrive in 2-5 days, In Stock items arrive in one to two weeks and Made-to-Order or Special Order items arrive in two to four weeks.

USA Office Furniture ships from a variety of vendors and our own warehouses.

Delivery charges vary. Delivery rates generally run 15-20% of the merchandise price; however, that can change based on product weight and shipping origin. Please call 305-888-8218 and a sales representative will give you a rate. Additional delivery charges will be applied on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
